Walk and Talk Consultation

We walk with you through your home and point out things that need to be changed, edited, moved, or rearranged to improve each room's overall appearance.  We provide suggestions on creating a focal point and bringing out the best features of  each room.  You take notes and complete the work on your own.  The price for this service is $150 for one and a half hours which also includes a checklist for each room on things that you should do prior to putting your home on the market.  If at any time during the process you need for us to return and assist you in preparing your home we will be happy to do so for an additional fee.  Contact us to get more information on our walk and talk staging consultation services and fees.

Curb Appeal Consultation

Enhancing the curb appeal of a property is one of the most important  steps you should take before you sell your property.  A property has to capture a prospective buyer's attention so they are enticed to enter the home.  If your home does not have a welcoming and peaceful feeling when you pull up in front of the house you need our service.  We provide this consultation for all types of properties and provide a 37 point service with recommendations from exterior paint color to landscaping.  If you want brake stopping curb appeal contact us for more information.  Cost for this consultation starts at $197.

Occupied Home Staging

A staging professional will conduct a thorough walk-thru of your home to assess what needs to be done.  We work with your furniture and accessories (you would be surprised on what you have in your home that we can use) and rearrange, depersonalize and emphasize your home's best features and focal points for selling.  Only when necessary, do we bring in our own accessories to ensure that your home is dressed to sell and that it makes a good first impression to buyers.  Cost for this service is based on types and number of rooms to be staged.  If we have to use our accessories to stage your property a small monthly rental fee will apply.  However, more often then not the home owner has all the accessories we need to set the stage. Scene Staging

This is an affordable home staging service if you do not want the extra cost of renting furniture,  that uses scenes to stage a vacant room/home.  This is also a great service for investors. By using minimal or no furniture and using accessories to set a scene, scene staging provides a purpose to a room.  Our scenes allow home buyers to visualize how a room can be used and how they may live in that room.  Prices are based on number of rooms to be staged.  There is a small monthly rental fee for the furniture and accessories that we place in the home after 30 days.  Contact us on how you can use scene staging in your vacant home.

Vacant Home Staging

We stage your home with rental furniture and accessories to make your home more visually attractive.  Almost 90% of home buyers cannot visualize how their furniture will fit in an empty room.  By staging a visually pleasing space home buyers can conceptualize how their furniture and accessories will work in a room.  Prices start at $2100 and go up based on size of home and amount of furniture used. Our set fees include an in-depth consultation, 2 months minimum furniture rental, hands on staging, 2 months accessory rental, and overseeing the delivery/pickup of furniture. Interior Redesign
