Frequently Asked Questions

A certified professional stager has an eye for and a skill in how to rearrange furniture and add the right accessories to make a home more appealing for the right buyer. This isn’t to say that a home owner could not do this on their own. However, if you do not have a sense of balance, color or idea on furniture placement the process may become overwhelming or if not staged properly may result in a home not showing well. This usually results in a home staying on the market a longer period of time and ultimately leads to a price reduction. A certified professional home stager understands what needs to be done and focuses on enhancing a homes best features and creating scenes that attract a buyer’s attention.

Quite the contrary! Home staging costs less than your first price reduction. It is recommended that home sellers invest at least 1% of the cost of their sales price towards preparing their home for the market. By working with us we provide options on the best ways to get your home staged to sell.
You can stage as many rooms or as few rooms as you like. It is recommended that you stage your entire house to have the most impact, after all, you are not just selling part of your home. Only 10% of buyers can visualize how their furniture would fit into an empty room and most buyers cannot look past clutter if a home is occupied. However if you only want to stage a few rooms we can easily do that for you.
