This is a two (2) day in-person training course for individuals that are ready to start their own home staging/design business but do not know where to start or need help in moving forward. The first day will provide tools and information on how to start your staging/design business and keep it running successful. You will learn how to successfully set up your business from soup to nuts.  You will learn strategies and concepts on how to successfully obtain clients and how to charge accordingly for your services to keep your business running and so much more.  You will be provided with handouts, sample forms and contracts that you can use for your own business. 

The second day of the course will include a hands on staging where you will be staging an actual home for sale and learning how to set up rooms appropriately for sale.  Photos will be provided along with the statistics of the sale of the home to use on your website or portfolio.  The second day will also include warehouse set/up and organization to show you how to get set up in a warehouse or even a storage unit to have a good system in place for your inventory.  Breakfast and Lunch is included each day.
